If you lost the download page, open “Find your download page” (/en/download/recover) and enter the email address and the last 4 digits of the card you paid with. Price

Shown on each list page. Lists on English pages are US$149 each (total price; no additional charges). Lists on Japanese pages are ¥19,800 each (including Japanese consumption tax).

None (your own internet connection costs are yours).

What you buy

A list of organizations (CSV file) compiled mainly from data published by public bodies. For some lists, some columns (such as website URLs) were added after checking each organization's own website. Each list page shows the row count, columns, sources, the date of the source data, the last verified date, and where the source data can be obtained free of charge. No personal contact details of individuals. The file is not updated automatically after purchase.

What can be bought

Lists whose page has a “Buy now” button can be bought immediately. Other lists can only be reserved, at no charge; we compile a list only if enough people reserve it, and if we do, we email a purchase link to those who reserved it (buying is optional).

Payment

Paid in advance by card when you buy, on the checkout page of our payment provider, Stripe. Stripe processes your card details; we never receive or store them.

Delivery

Right after payment, on a download page (CSV file, with a text file of sources and terms of use). You can download it again from the same page address, so please bookmark it (a later download gives the version of the list we provide at that time). If you lose it, use “Find your download page”. Purchases that were refunded or charged back can no longer be downloaded.

Withdrawal, cancellation and returns

Before payment is completed, you can cancel by closing the checkout page. Before paying, you agree on the confirmation screen that the CSV is provided immediately after payment and acknowledge that you therefore lose your right to withdraw from (cancel) the purchase; the download page shows this as a confirmation. As a digital product, it cannot be returned or cancelled for change of mind after payment. If the delivered data has a material error (for example, the row count or columns differ from the list page, or the file is corrupted and cannot be opened), report it with the form on the download page and we will provide a corrected file or a refund.

Cancelling a reservation

You can cancel a reservation at any time (use the form on our privacy page and choose “Delete my data”). There is no charge.

Format

CSV (UTF-8 with BOM). Opens in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and similar software. There is no API.
